Dear MASA,

I am writing you to express my thanks for the fine service I received from you last spring after suffering a heart attack while in Florida for the winter. Immediately after my attack, my wife called you to request (per our policy) that you fly our daughter down from New York to be with us during my operation. You quickly gave permission. Upon my return from the hospital, you flew her home to be with her family. You also offered to fly me home at no expense to me, but I elected to drive home instead.    

You quickly took care of my needs.  I am most grateful, and would recommend your company.
